The "Skinny Shot" can be administered either in combination with an IV Nutrient Drip Treatment or as a stand alone Vitamin shot. Best administered in conjunction with a good diet and some form of exercise - most beneficial in reaching one's goal and maximizing the treatments effect. Recommended once or twice per week for four (4) weeks, and then once per week for a total of 10-12 weeks. This vitamin shot can be done once per week after an exercise regimen has been implemented, yet recommended only once every 2 weeks in the absence of exercise.
